Something is terribly wrong with the app or the compatibility with the new iOS. Nothing works properly especially location.

I can’t register for an account. It can’t find the store in my town that I always go to. It won’t load anything but the notification settings over and over. Really disappointed!

Every store I look up says “Hours Unknown”. Is it so difficult to get the store hours and add them to the app? They also need to update periodically as some stores are no longer in business but are still listed in the app.

Plzz, we beg you! Fix Map feature!

This app will never be successful until the map feature is corrected. Similar to Zillow, I’d like the ability to search for goodwill stores by geographic location (think total state search, or circling the desired area). Anything would be an improvement! Another suggestion: search for goodwill store locations by store hours. Who’s open the latest? I’d love that feature!!

Seems like the only feature is a store locator. I can do that with Google Maps. I deleted it.

New App not good for me

Even though “location while using” the app is turned on, the map show Kansas while I am in Virginia. The local stores are shown in a heading above the map but I can’t scroll through them. The old app put blue Goodwill boxes on the map but this new iteration of the app shows no blue boxes. I am not a complete fool using my iPhone, but this has me stumped. Location services are turned on - I even changed it from “while using” to “always”. I won’t be using this app anymore - I’ll just put “Goodwill” in my Google maps when I want to find a store! I won’t see them all on map together but at least I’ll be able to see what is close to me.

Used to use the app a lot. Wife and I took goodwill vacations but now the app is completely useless. While staying in Harrisburg PA the app would not find anything, keeps insisting I turn on Location, it is on, always has been, it also keeps insisting I enable Notifications when they are. Notifications are on for Goodwill, everything is turned on, every permission is enabled. Still doesn’t do squat. Too bad, the app used to work then an update came through that removed every vestige of functionality, totally killed it. So now we’re using google but it’s a painful process so now we rarely bother. A pleasant hobby, now lost.

Wow. You guys ruined this app. I used to use it all the time. It was helpful being able to filter retail, outlet and donation sites all over the US. Now I can’t get a map view of the entire state much less multiple states. I don’t know what I’m going to do, this was a valuable resource for me as I used to go to multiple goodwill stores in multiple states. What an incredible disappointment.
