Watch out!
Sabcatbaby

WATCH OUT!! One would think that since we are paying for a better plan than the regular GoodRx, that we would be getting better prices. NOT TRUE on all meds. On one medication the gold was $30 more than the regular. Thanks a lot GoodRx! Now I have to check my insurance prices, GoodRx prices, and now GoodRx Gold prices because you advertise better program, but hide the fact that on some meds we can be charged a lot more. Not happy.

DONT BOTHER, USE REGULAR GOOD RX

Come to find out this app works at virtually none of the pharmacies near me. No big deal, I went online and canceled my membership. I got billed for $5.99 a week later. I went online and did the same thing again, and was billed the next cycle. Now for the THIRD TIME I was billed again, and I KNOW I canceled my membership! I have the emails and everything to prove it. It’s becoming increasingly frustrating especially for an app that is absolutely NOT worth the money.

Misleading!

Gold pricing was actually higher by nearly $20. Personally not worth the investment based on that alone.

Saved Me $100
A wanna be DJ

It save me a $100 the first time using it.. The mom and pop pharmacy that I use doesn’t accept GoodRx but their the cheapest around on another script I get so when I had my newest script sent there I was expecting it to be around the same price as other places around but when she said it would be $144.00 I almost fell out so then I found GoodRx Gold and the pharmacy was in their network and when they ran it through GoodRx Gold the price went from $144.00 to $43.00 so they actually saved me $101.00..!

Extraordinarily expensive. Cvs retail price was lower. They even laughed. Lost over $100 one visit.

Simply horrible product. Created to scam people using the original. Really sad way to make money. Should be ashamed. Oh but when you call customer service you get to hear a nice recording of the CEO. Lol what kind of dude does that.

Good but with a few hiccups

CVS “fixed price” is exactly that, and is always higher than price at other participating pharmacies. You find those by looking at the GRxG map for participating pharmacies in your area. I too would like a listing of local partipating pharmacies and their prices as in plain GoodRx. Always check prices in both since Gold does not always offer the lower price (strange since it is a subscription service). Have not found pharmacists by telephone eager to spend the time entering the codes to give the for certain price that day for a given drug. Some pharmacies such as Publix offer some generic drugs for free, so know the policies of your local pharmacies and their “bargains” so that you can ask your doctor if such a medication may be appropriate for you.

Not as good as the REAL GoodRX
Aujaehill520

It offered some what a savings at one pharmacy. I was offered better discounts with the FREE GOODRX discount card.

Life Saver!
Katiebelle1984

My wife and I don’t have insurance and this is an absolute life saver. This saves us easily several hundred a month. Yes some prescriptions are cheaper with the the free version and in those cases you use the free version. But I would say 99% of the time Gold gives a better price. And with the Gold version GoodRx has contracts with the Pharmacy so they have to honor it, unlike the free version. My biggest complaint is the app and website are slow, like really really slow.

Useless
ShawnaMarie

If I’m paying $10 a month for better discounts, then I expect the app to be working and compatible with the newest iOS version.

App interface isn’t smooth and sometimes higher price than free version
Hi sunrise

The app for free GoodRx is so much better. Prescriptions can be saved in the free version. Free version eCoupons go to the pharmacy electronically, which makes using GoodRx and getting the better prices much easier. I cannot understand why this paid Gold version ever results in higher prices than the free GoodRx version, but it does. This makes it harder for the user and the pharmacy to process scripts.
