Not accepted at pharmacies/ price changes

I no longer recommend good rx to my patients as it is not accepted at a majority of pharmacies or the price increases once the patient picks up. My patients call my office and complain- this is worse than a discount card.
Deceiving app

The app gives prices at mostly national chains and a mail order that they appear to have a relationship with. I check several locally owned pharmacies, which give back to local communities 80% more than chains, and prices were always competitive or much cheaper than GoodRx. Something wrong here.
This app could be really useful if...

This app could be really useful if it gave retail prices in the area. We know those prices will be good when the patient goes to the pharmacy. They're not miss led by a coupon which says "UP TO 80% off." They can still try to use the coupon. And we could get feedback as to how much it saved them.
