We operate out of a delivery-only kitchen. This app is our storefront, and your key to the best delivery food in the country. Choose your food, then select the most convenient time and drop location from a selection of nearby spots. Once your food leaves the kitchen, we’ll notify you as the Good Uncle trucks travel through campus, so that you can be at your drop point as we pull up, wafting in clouds of deliciousness.

This app is awful. Took me 10 tries to order without a glitch. Cant enter promo codes. My friend cant even order. This is badddd. Good food tho.

Once downloaded it could not find my location even when manually putting in address it always thought I was in NC for some reason. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!’

Bad service, bad experience

I also tried to use the $8 discount for new users and I simply wasn’t able to, so I contacted someone and they basically said “sorry you’re screwed”, although nothing had been done incorrectly on my end. The people rating the app 5 stars are probably being threatened or something, the app is pretty bad and the service is even worse. Would highly recommend anything else.

Bad service, bad experience

Got the $8 credit for being one of the first drexel students to download the app and I got the buffalo Mac and cheese for $11. They sent the message saying they were on the way. Once they arrive, they said I have 5 mins to pick up my order or they would leave. 3 mins into this I get a call saying that I wasn’t there in 30 secs the guy would leave. I got there in time and got my food. Went back to my room to eat and the food was drowning in the buf/cheese sauce. It was pretty bad and the next morning having to run to the bathroom and got sick. I had to call off work. The next day I got an email from them askin if I would provide them with feedback on the app. I logged onto the app and was in a chat with customer service and they said “customer service responds within 5 minutes of the sent message” it’s been over 50 minutes with no response. Not likely to try this place again or recommend. Awful app and service
