Waste of money

I have the 7 meal plan at Syracuse. HUGE waste of money. They don't deliver in the mornings, and in fact they don't even deliver to my dorm! They make infrequent stops at the closest dorm to mine, so I can rarely get food. When I do, they often mess up the order or forget items. Horrible customer service, they don't even have a phone number as far as I can tell. Save your money and find an alternative.

Good Uncle is my new favorite and has the best food in Syracuse. I ordered the general tso's chicken sandwich and it came very fast and was the perfect temperature. I can't wait to order more from Good Uncle!
Not enough restaurant choices

I saw an ad on IG for this & thought was cool & unique once I set up an account I was sadly disappointed. There's no way for you to search any options. The only thing you can do is swipe side to side to see items you can't order because they're not in your location. Maybe I'll try back next year but right now they've got some things to fix/change.

Needs improvement

The app looks nice, the food looks good, they need a website and other providers outside of just iOS. Also, wanted lunch but only has delivery options at around 5pm. Thought maybe it was because it was a bowl so I tried all day breakfast, still can only get it at dinner time. Not much good if you can't order food when you want it. Perhaps it's just the area?

Only go out at certain times of day which is kind of absurd but not the worst part...off during the winter session?? What kind of business are your running? First year in business and you already decided to be seasonal? Well...guess I’ll get dominos.
