Grrrateful

Looks like a beautiful app, and folks are super happy with it; but I wish I had known before downloading there's a required sign up and a 10 task limit per day without monthly paid subscription ($3/mo). Unfortunately not ideal for my needs.

intuitive, powerful tool

pellegrinino

Having used this for about a year, I'd say it's the most useful productivity app I've found. good todo has a couple of capabilities that make it different from similar apps. The biggest advantage is that it provides a tool for managing your email inbox -- you can forward any email to show up on the gootodo list for any selected future date. I.e. this is useful for important emails that can be postponed, so you can go ahead and clear those out of your inbox without losing track of them. Also, tasks that aren't completed stay on the gootodo list by default. All in all, this is the first todo list I've had where I feel in control of it instead of the other way around.

This App Helps You Get Things Done!

O Solo Mia

I am currently reading the creator's book, "Bit Literacy," and incorporating this app and other workload-management strategies into my life. I love the way this app works. Its simplicity is its strength. There are a couple features I'd like to see in an update: "Expiration Date" for each to-do Display of to-do's in lock screen

Upgrade crashes every time

Homeschool2boys

This is one of my two top apps, but after using it successfully all day I tried updating to the new version and it will no longer open. Rebooted phone but that didn't help. Normally I would give this app 5 stars when it works.

None

Suddenly requires a password. I don't have one so won't open. Tried to update but crashes. Have loved this app in past but now can't get my info.

Clean interface but a disaster to use

UtahJon

I actually liked the clean interface enough to upgrade to a paid user ... Oops! I'm not sure as to how or why, but it seems like whenever I'm out of wifi range with my ipad, it starts to happen -- triple, quadruple, or even higher multiples of repeat entries when the ipad is able to re-"sync". I'll have maybe 30 todo's then suddenly 120 appear and I've got to go through and try deleting those that are repeats without accidentally deleting valid ones. Nightmarish. Tried contacting support twice, to no avail.

A Productivity Driver - Not just ToDos

jwhevans

First, the app is free the service is not. Second, the service is grossly underpriced. Third, read "Bit Literacy." If you manage multiple people, tasks, priorities, and deadlines then you need Mark's book. I have used GoodTodo for several years now. I keep expecting someone to copy this system, but it has yet to happen. It is the only system I've found that actually works.

Goodtodo is great!

Kiredoe

I've used Goodtodo for years. It really keeps me productive. Before I started using it, I felt constantly overwhelmed by everything on my plate. Being able to move things to the right day in the future keeps every day manageable and satisfying. Other todo apps just don't seem to get this. Yay, Goodtodo!

Can't login on iPhone

AliWeston

Have correct iOS on phone but can't login on iPhone. Even after removing app, reinstalling, changing login on website and entering details on phone, it won't let me in. Not much use. Otherwise, like the website...

Can't sign up via iPhone app

Loloshopper

I downloaded the iPhone app first, but there is no option to set up a new account (only to just login). I guess you don't want me to use it.
