Best Customer Service Ever!!!

I’ll be honest, I haven’t even had a chance to use the app — I’ll write a separate review when I do. I am giving 5 stars to Golfshot for its amazing customer service! When I initially downloaded my home course to the app, I was dismayed to find that major course changes made years ago (e.g. renumbering the holes) were not reflected in the app. Additionally, the course was incorrectly identified as a 9-hole course, and only 1 set of tee boxes was given (there are 5). These errors made the app unusable at my course. I contacted customer service, but was not hopeful, thinking this would take months to get straightened out, if ever. I got an email back from Golfshot asking me to provide a picture of a current score card, and a screenshot from Google maps of an overhead view of the course, with the needed changes indicated. I sent them the images, and in less than 30 minutes they had everything updated and corrected, and I was able to see the changes in the app! That is awesome!!!! I can’t wait to get to the course and try it out! Thank you Golfshot for being so responsive!

Yardages not accurate.

I’ve used this app for about 5 years now. Lately the yardages have been short by about 20 yards. What the heck?
Apple Watch Series 5 Issues?

I purchased a series 5 watch specifically to use with this app. I have an iPhone X, for some odd reason I can’t add score or get the yardage in 3 intervals or modify my stats from phone. Just get an updated yardage. That’s it.... also the app shuts down and have to keep opening or bring to top of watch. I spent the 50$, but so far it’s a huge let down. I would absolutely accept user error here but reading YouTube comments is just a killer and looks to be true that it’s buggy..... I don’t want to have to whip out my phone to track scores and get the yardage stats. Someone help! What are the settings and how much more am I going to have to sink into this? Is there Apple Watch series 5 compatibility issues? How can I set the 3 stats on Watch? How can I keep score through app only? How can I keep the app always top and front of the watch? Questions need answering. Do not buy if you plan to use with a new Apple Watch.

I’ve used this app for years. It’s great to go back and review those rounds of years past! They have a great CS which works very hard to do whatever it is to help; and they answer quickly and never leave you hanging!! I do wish they’d remove the course ratings at the end of every round, though. It’s a nuisance to those of us who play the same course every day!

Good morning , Lisa, and Margherita! Thanks for the quick turnaround, you people are great! With these two ladies suggestions, two keystrokes later, back up and running! Started with ‘Golfshot’ at your beginnings, all the features are well thought out and has helped my game to the maximum. From a +18, to a +2.7 handicap! I had a little to do with it, but knowing where the pin is and taking my friends cash in the process, happy day! One improvement I would like to see, is green maps, sure would be helpful to make more birdies! Thanks to all at Golfshot, keep up the great work! Jerome

Great app - been using for a number of years. its great being able to go back and look at old rounds. Would love to see export for stats to do more analytics.
