I’ve been using this app for some time. I’ve been with it while it’s gone from a really good GPS app to a first class golf management tool. It keeps my handicap, it gives me AR views of the course, as well as flyovers of each hole. It tracks my swings, clubs, and gives me a full range of statistics. I’ve also contacted the folks at Golfshot on multiple occasions, and they couldn’t have worked harder to help me out. As I just passed 600 rounds captured on the app, it saves every one so that I can look back at rounds that I’ve played with friends. It has many other features I can’t list here, so I wouldn’t ever think of switching to another GPS app. If you’re looking for a full-feature golf management tool AND GPS app, you can’t go wrong with this one.

I’ve tried tons of free golf gps apps and this is my go-to. I don’t play golf without this app. It’s my absolute favorite.

I love Golfshot. I have been using this app for several years and it only gets better. It is easy to use, doesn't drain my battery, and provides the information I like to see when playing. The accurate GPS views of a hole are very helpful when playing a new course. My friends are always looking for a free app, but considering what I pay to golf each time, it is almost free. Highly recommend this golf app.

I have used this app for several years with great success. For some reason I am getting readings that do not match the distance. Pars 3s that the app says par 4. The distance of Golfshot is not even close for some reason. I thought you may have an update because I want to continue with this app?
Longtime user, new bugs

Since the iOS 11 update, along with the new WatchOS, I’ve seen some new bugs, which has made this app almost unusable. Now it constantly hangs on the watch trying to update the images. I eventually have to cancel the syncing of fairway images to use the app on the watch. Biggest bug at this point is the freezing. It freezes frequently when trying to enter scores on the watch. Hitting the screen over and over again, but no response. It’s a letdown for sure. We’ve seen quite a few weeks pass by since Apple’s update, and the developers for this app have been slow to respond. I don’t recommend buying it until they fix all the issues. It’s just not that functional. I have all current releases of IOS and WatchOs for the record.
