Warning: Don’t ever sign out of this app. You will never get back in!!! It takes resetting the password several times and is the biggest hassle. Why can’t it go back to being the great Over App it was. Sometimes change is NOT good! I can’t wait for my subscription to be done so I can move to Canva. So many more options.
Very Disappointing Experience

Unfortunately Studio is not compatible with any of my Apple products including my Apple iPhone 12, Apple iPhone 13, Apple iPad, or using the web version on my Apple Mac. Every image I create comes out blurry within the app itself and even more blurrier when I upload it to any social media platform. Also don’t waste your money like I did buying the app either hoping that will fix your problems because it does not. Also I spent almost an hour on the phone with a rep for them to only come back to tell me Studio typically works best with android products. I’ve called twice and each time no one was able to offer any help for solutions. Overall very disappointing experience.
PNG Upload Issues

I can’t seem to get help anywhere so I thought I would try here. I can’t get my PNG files to upload on this app anymore. Even images I created ON THIS APP when I save to PNG file and try to upload it back as a whole image I get the white background. This is so frustrating. It’s only in this app. My other apps are allowing me to upload PNG as true PNG files. And when I remove background it erases some of my image. Can someone please explain what’s going on?

Used to use this all the time when it was called Over. Wish they had left it just stay the same under new ownership.
PAID FOR SUBSCRIPTION, NOW IMAGES ARE NOT TRANSPARENT

Extremely frustrated and feel completely stuck. When this was still called Over just a few weeks ago when I joined it worked fine - j was able to create a design and then export a TRANSPARENT background image to my camera roll. Now whenever I click the check mark for removing background color and then export, the white background is there on all of my images and I feel like I’ve been ripped off! Please tell me this bug is being fixed because images are NOT being saved as transparent!

I owned the Over app for years. Go daddy buys them out. Now I can’t access my account. I select to log in with my Apple ID. Doesn’t recognize me. I had years of projects saved on there, added fonts, a customized version going on. No where to contact anyone. No matter where I try to log in nothing recognizes the multi year Over app customer. This is how GoDaddy treats customers. Only cares about Subscription based customers.
