App still changing quality when saving, please update

Edit: I appeciate customer service reaching out, but after talking with customer support, I’m changing my review to 1 star. They were very nice people, but the new system you have in place needs work. I’m not attacking your workers, but I’m voicing my frustration over the system you have in place. I just have to believe you haven’t spend adequate time and money training the people you have answering the phone or on the chat. Anyhow, I emailed the below address only to have an auto-reply sent to me saying that you all have switched over to a chat system. When I jumped on that, the chat interface doesn’t support to send a 5 second video of the problem I’m having. When I tried to attach an image, the interface froze on me— frustrating after trying to explain my situation to the person on the other end. When I called, the nice girl on the other end dropped my call twice, and could not understand the issue I was having. It’s not her fault she isn’t a tech expert! Why wouldn’t your company forward me to a tech expert at that point? I kept on saying how its a problem with the mobile app: how saving the image changes the image quality. She kept on asking if was having problems saving the image, even though I repeatedly said how the problem was that the quality changes when I go to save. We went around in circles— at one point, she said that I had no issue. She finally dropped my call again and has not called back. Please update the app so that saving does not change quality on the mobile app. ——— I absolutely love this app, but the past few days it has been glitching when I go to save my work. It changes the quality of the photo right before I save it, and the work is rendered useless because the quality is not correct. Please fix!

Listen, I’ve used this app for a couple years. I am a social media manager and it’s been amazing. Recently, since go daddy bought it, I’ve had nothing but trouble with it. It’s now deleted all my work, and it isn’t saving any new projects, and their whole contact us thing won’t even work. I’m pretty upset that an app I utilize everyday has now become a problem, and I can’t even talk to someone to figure it out. I’ve been trying for days. So, I guess I’m going back over to Canva, and yes I pay for the subscription as well. Fix this app!

This app became absolutely useless after Go Daddy acquired it. You can no longer use Google images because they refuse to pay the fee, Go Daddy likes to collect memberships and fees for themselves. 30% of projects went missing after the acquisition, they’ll direct you to a help page - that offers no help. Look elsewhere.

This is one of my favorite creation apps ever! Intuitive, simple, organized and I can create almost anything super easy! One feature I miss from the take over is the Google image search. This allowed searching the web from within the app. Would love to have that back!

What a downgrade since GoDaddy took over

The best feature about over was the ability to do a Png search with Google. You could overlay any image onto your project, in a matter of seconds. Now, that feature is no longer there, and the app is completely useless. There’s thousands of other apps just like this now, and there’s nothing special about Over anymore. I had a paid subscription for years, which I am now canceling and actively looking for another app where I could search for PNG files to use. Go Daddy was awful when I hosted my website there, and now they’re awful since they took over my favorite app. Could not be more disgusted

Please bring back Google Search

Being able to in-app search for vector images from google was the best part of the app. Will be looking for another alternative if this isn’t added back.

Why did you guys remove the feature when searching for images for the google images already cut out. Now it’s all stock images why pay for PRO what a scam

I have had this app for more than 4 years. I make posters, announcements, tickets and all other kinds of graphic arts doe my band/Twitch/jobs etc. It’s easy to use, you are able to print full size HD posters from your art.. I’ve alway paid for it and bought all the fonts and packages and utilized everything the app Over had to offer. My favorite part of the app was being able to use the Google PNG search. Well, it’s gone and I no longer have any use for this app and it KILLS ME. I was literally so pumped telling a friend about the app and then it let me down. Bring back the PNG search, PLEASE.

I really love this app!! You can do a lot with the free version but the paid version it's limitless!! One of my favorites! I create things here and print on Walgreens! Super cheap, looks like I paid big bucks!

That said, designing on my MacBook is frustrating and cumbersome. The two are not integrated. So this causes many issues. I think they are working on integrating the two. I hope so!! Also, I haven’t been able to figure out how to change from jpeg to png on my phone.
