PAID FOR SUBSCRIPTION, NOW IMAGES ARE NOT TRANSPARENT – GoDaddy Studio (Over): Design Review

Extremely frustrated and feel completely stuck. When this was still called Over just a few weeks ago when I joined it worked fine - j was able to create a design and then export a TRANSPARENT background image to my camera roll. Now whenever I click the check mark for removing background color and then export, the white background is there on all of my images and I feel like I’ve been ripped off! Please tell me this bug is being fixed because images are NOT being saved as transparent!
