App still changing quality when saving, please update – GoDaddy Studio (Over): Design Review

Edit: I appeciate customer service reaching out, but after talking with customer support, I’m changing my review to 1 star. They were very nice people, but the new system you have in place needs work. I’m not attacking your workers, but I’m voicing my frustration over the system you have in place. I just have to believe you haven’t spend adequate time and money training the people you have answering the phone or on the chat. Anyhow, I emailed the below address only to have an auto-reply sent to me saying that you all have switched over to a chat system. When I jumped on that, the chat interface doesn’t support to send a 5 second video of the problem I’m having. When I tried to attach an image, the interface froze on me— frustrating after trying to explain my situation to the person on the other end. When I called, the nice girl on the other end dropped my call twice, and could not understand the issue I was having. It’s not her fault she isn’t a tech expert! Why wouldn’t your company forward me to a tech expert at that point? I kept on saying how its a problem with the mobile app: how saving the image changes the image quality. She kept on asking if was having problems saving the image, even though I repeatedly said how the problem was that the quality changes when I go to save. We went around in circles— at one point, she said that I had no issue. She finally dropped my call again and has not called back. Please update the app so that saving does not change quality on the mobile app. ——— I absolutely love this app, but the past few days it has been glitching when I go to save my work. It changes the quality of the photo right before I save it, and the work is rendered useless because the quality is not correct. Please fix!
