Worth it 100%. I love the fact that I can connect via sftp and edit my files. This is the most useful app on my iPhone. Then on top of that it has a nice theme to it, different colored text for variables, attributes, etc. Very impressed!

This is the most incredible developer app I have ever seen for iOS. The attention to detail makes this a “full fledged dev citizen”. My favorite is the implementation of remote file editing, code syntax highlighting, built in browser preview and mini ssh shell. This allows for the complete remote edit-save-deploy-preview process, without having to switch apps in the middle. I highly recommend buying this app. If you are a “free or no deal” person, you are really missing out. I am in no way affiliated or associated with this company, just a professional dev, working smarter, cheers.

BEST app for any type of coding work

This is by far the best app to use if you are looking for a text editor. I work with sublimetext as well as visual studio on my pc, and I love how this included a dark appearance. I am a high school student who works in C++, HTML, Java, JavaScript, and Python regularly. I am familiar with most other languages, too. This tool has helped me on my iPhone, as I am able to work away from home. I connected an old Bluetooth keyboard to make things easier, but there is a feature called "joystick" which allows one to move the cursor around or to select any text so much more effectively, for the days when I am in a rush and don't pack it. I have used other apps and found them to be hard to use, and simply unreliable. I appreciate the work that has been put into this product, and it is DEFINITELY worth the seven bucks.

Tried a few popular paid apps and this was a clear winner. Dropbox integration is very nice. Lots of keyboard shortcuts. Snippet system coming in a future update!

This is a really cool application that can do a ton – I use sublime personally on my laptop, and it's wonderful to have a mobile code editor that has some familiarity. I keep this on my phone in case I ever need to edit a file, or had a "code" emergency and was away from my primary machine. Or it's even a handy tool to experiment with some new coding ideas while on the go. Thank you for the great software and for the personalized support responses! Keep up the great work!

I tried to copy a folder recursively from dropbox to local. The operation is done but with empty subfolders in third layer. This is a deny to me to use it as my editor.

I am learning to code in the C programming language. I really love GoCoEdit because I can type out my pseudocode in a text file, type my program in the C editor, and save both files to the cloud. All on my iPhone while I'm on the go! Then, when I return home, I just download the files into Visual Studio and I can compile and execute my program. So awesome!! And once I learn C, there are a bunch of other languages built in as well.
