I started using the glow app years ago. It had a simple user interface and gave me the ability to track PMS symptoms and my period symptoms. Now it’s just a bunch of bs about trying to conceive (I’m not), fertility and most recently, freezing my eggs?! What happened? Why the overwhelming change to the point of the app? And why force these new features on users that enjoyed the app for so long? I’m looking for something new because I am so tired of logging in to track my period and having this crap shoved down my throat.

I’ve been trying to open this app for a few days and it doesn’t open or it crashes. I’ve had the app for about 4 Years and it’s never done this. Please release an update or could the developer help me troubleshoot. Or I’ll have to choose another app. Thanks.
App won’t even open now

I’ve been using this for about a month. I’d switched from another program that wasn’t working. It started off great and I started using the BBT charts about a week ago. Then the app started having issues. It would freeze on the pin screen and then I’d have to force close to get it to open. Now, it won’t even open properly. On any of my devices. It keeps jumping back and forth between MyFitnessPal and Glows home screen, which means it’s lost my PIN. Home screen is also not showing my data anymore. I’m hoping it hasn’t deleted everything but I’m frazzled. Here’s hoping app support gets back to me. I’ll increase my rating if we get this figured out.

After being diagnosed with PCOS a few years ago I recently decided to figure out my body and start tracking things again in preparation for ttc. Since I’ve started using glow, they’ve spot on predicted my fertile days (verified with opk’s) and period days which gives me hope for my upcoming ttc journey. The community for the most part has some good information and interesting groups that keep both hubby and I involved in the process. I recommend glo to anyone looking for a good tracker that can sync to you.
App crashes

I have most recent update on my iPhone 7. Every time I try to open the app, it freezes and then crashes. The website does not offer the same capabilities as the app, so basically I cannot use my account.
