I loved this app before the update, now I can’t edit my past periods without it crashing. Super bummed.

i enjoyed using this app to track my periods ... until the last update, which wiped out my entire history. now i don’t really see the point of starting it over, so i’ll be deleting it.
App update deleted all of my tracking

A recent app updated deleted all of my period tracking. I am TTC so it was very upsetting. I emailed the company and after 3 days I got no response. I posted on the apps message boards, one comment was in response to a post from the company about the app update, also no response. Finally someone commented on my post with a suggestion to find the “reset from server” button in settings. I did that and all my data came back. But now I don’t trust the app. And I am mad that no one responded. I am switching.

The app is okay but my periods seem to be irregular (at least this month) I have other apps similar to this and they seem to be working a bit different. For an example, my ovulation and periods were on track for the past 3 cycles, this month I’m already 8 days late and instead of stopping my predictions like the other apps it just keeps pushing my period start date further and further. My ovulation prediction and high chance to conceive window even changed even though I recorded a positive ovulation test for the week prior. It just makes me more confused on what my cycle is actually doing.

It really helps with tracking fertility and you start to understand why your body feels the way it does during your cycle!! Highly recommend if trying to track fertility, periods, and need advice! There are real life people who have experienced the stuff you go through so they can help!

i have tried soo many different apps but this is the only one that os worth the time! they have boards where women are soo helpful in answering questions, etc. it’s great!
