App won’t even open now – Glow: Track. Shop. Conceive. Review

I’ve been using this for about a month. I’d switched from another program that wasn’t working. It started off great and I started using the BBT charts about a week ago. Then the app started having issues. It would freeze on the pin screen and then I’d have to force close to get it to open. Now, it won’t even open properly. On any of my devices. It keeps jumping back and forth between MyFitnessPal and Glows home screen, which means it’s lost my PIN. Home screen is also not showing my data anymore. I’m hoping it hasn’t deleted everything but I’m frazzled. Here’s hoping app support gets back to me. I’ll increase my rating if we get this figured out.
