App update deleted all of my tracking – Glow: Fertility, Ovulation App Review

A recent app updated deleted all of my period tracking. I am TTC so it was very upsetting. I emailed the company and after 3 days I got no response. I posted on the apps message boards, one comment was in response to a post from the company about the app update, also no response. Finally someone commented on my post with a suggestion to find the “reset from server” button in settings. I did that and all my data came back. But now I don’t trust the app. And I am mad that no one responded. I am switching.
