Não respeitam o cliente

Péssimo, péssimo, péssimo atendimento a clientes. Meu pedido não foi entregue e mesmo assim mandaram o email de entregue c recibo da cobrança. Entrei em contato com o atendimento a clientes e a dor de cabeça maior começou. Não prestam atenção no que o cliente diz e tentam o tempo todo falar que a culpa é do cliente sem analisar o caso. Não adimitem o erro jamais. A pior experiência que tive com uma empresa. Fuja. Existem alternativas melhores.

I decide to order and trust in Glovo Argentina for my groceries o ordered about 40 products and I got a message saying ONLY your ordered in canceled I don’t know why they offer Thai service then if in the end it won’t work. I guess it work for delivery of food or small things. Not really happy at all

Vivo en libertador 774 y ya habia pedido antes. Ahora me aparece q esta fuera del rango y si aparece liberador 750, q se puede hacer? Agradezco la colaboracion porq en realidad es muy buena la aplicacion y la he recomendado mucho.

Just erased the app. Order food; I got it 1 hour and thirty minutes late. When I called the person doing the delivery he told me that he restaurant was late, but I got the food cold. Late and lies.

The deliver guy even came to my neighborhood, made a fake signature and Glovo charged me. I contacted the support and nothing was done. Don’t trust this service!
