It works now!! Thanks! ****I love this app! I knew nothing about spinning before getting this app, but now feel confident in all the basics and more advanced patterns. Spin classes at the gym are no longer intimidating and I'm strong enough to keep up with friends that are avid mountain and road cyclists. Love it!
Updates Fixed - Best spin workouts

The workouts are good. The latest update fixed the issues with workouts pausing. Allows the program to run in the background. Also, there are some upgrades to the functionality of choosing music. Grab the app and get to spinning.

UPDATE: After writing the review belowI was contacted and was told how to get the classes which actually was successful! I enjoyed a 40 min spin class. Thanks for the help. Bought two cycle classes and neither of them load, restore, or come back after resetting the phone or deleting the app and reinstating it. Emailed the CS address and a week later I'm still waiting for a response. I'm very frustrated but more because I wanted those classes. Sarah's cycle coach app works GREAT! Just can't purchase new classes on it.
Bought a class and can't use it

I downloaded Cycle 40 min Level 2b with coach Anthea. I was looking forward to coming after work and get on my spin bike and home. The class appeared to be downloading but it never did. I contacted customer service after 3 different attempts to "restore" the download. Needless to say, they told me to do the same thing. I tried a few more times. Nothing. Then I deleted the app and re-downloaded it, and tried to restore my purchase once again. Nothing. It's useless and I have asked to get a full refund already and they keep ignoring my request. This app is completely useless as well as its customer service. Don't wate your time.
Great app, takes up some space though

I've had this app now for a couple years and still love it, but it takes up over 3 GB on my iPhone 6, easily five times more than my next biggest program. Can you evaluate using podcasts for classes in the next version? Thanks!

I have been doing spinning classes at the gym for years and decide to give this a try as It has become harder to get to the classes at the gym. Absolutely love the spinning workout, now I can get my cardio in at any time.
Needs more features! Great classes. Useless app!

I have been using this app every day for a month. I really like the classes, but they are pricey. You can get get free classes on Youtube and elsewhere. But I'd be happy to pay if the app offered any value at all. Fact is, the app has almost no useful features. It's just a shell for selling expensive classes. The tracking thing is useless. The music thing is a joke--it only plays the 1st song on your playlist. I'd buy every class if the app did anything at all, but why bother? I officially feel ripped off. Time to move on!
