I miss being able to identify which jobs are new and having to go through all listings looking for new posts. Would be better if you could sort by newest postings first. It waste a lot of time.

I love that you can see reviews of current employees of the company you're interested in applying to. Easy to search for any type of career or location. Very fun to use!

My review was removed from Glassdoor

My employer review was removed from Glassdoor. It was initially approved the removed. The reason they gave me after I asked was that the review contained marketing messages or html links but it was promoting nothing, and had no marketing or links. They will not respond to me. They indicated in the canned support message I could edit my review, but that option is not available to me. (How would I even know what to edit? I don't know the real reason the review was removed.)

Glassdoor is my go-to app when I want to look into a company I'm interested in. These days it's hard to get a leg up for an interview, but with glass you can at least get a feel for how the interview may go. Pros and cons of a company and past and present employees views on what their experience was like. It also allows you to pay it forward and tell or warn others about above or bellow par companies.

Not trustworthy

Glassdoor's statement "your trust is our concern, so companies can not alter or remove statements" is completely inaccurate. I've been researching a company and their most recent review was negative. This specific lengthy detailed post had been posted up for several days until it was completely removed.
