Whenever I save multiple jobs, they ALL start showing up as if they’re from the same employer. So I have to click into them all individually to see what they actually are which is very annoying.

Nothing but fake “satisfied” reviews not even a warning of how bad the company would be. Never using Glassdoor other websites keep it real and inform you the good & bad.

People need to be able to review honestly and when they actually have a review to offer, not be forced. How many reviews are accurate if this is the protocol? This needs to be changed.

This is a great resource for someone who is doing a research on their next career move and it will be more reliable if the company reviews can also be sorted based on the most helpful rating. When someone reads a review they can upvote if that review was insightful and by default sorting the reviews based on helpful rating will give a better picture of the company to the candidates. Lot of companies are adding fake reviews everyday just to hide genuine reviews and by adding this feature we could avoid that scam to an extent, at least I believe.

UI for job searches still kinda sloppy. Major glitch when signing in saying to update to the latest version for MFA support. This issue still has YET to be fixed for a couple iterations now. Always receiving notifications for unrelated jobs simply based off viewing jobs. Uploading a new resume always inadvertently leads to a new email saying you’re ready for Quick Applying. The app can stand to use more QA and be so much better. There’s a reason why people use LinkedIn for job searching a whole lot more. You could adapt and be a main contender since your main thing is salary/company reviews. Try to leverage both avenues and a better UI/UX for candidates.
Scam phone calls

As soon as I start applying for jobs using this site, all of a sudden I get inundated with scam phone calls that have nothing to do with getting a job! So annoying!
