The "apply on career site" feature does not work. I downloaded this app a week ago, am running OS11.3 and have NOT been able to apply for a single job. Also tried the open in safari and DID NOT have any luck with that either. At first I thought it might be a server issue but after a week im guessing that the app is broken. Other than that the ui and searching is excellent.
Constantly Crashes on iOS 11

This is the best job search app I have ever used. I wish all companies would just take a resume from the app instead of making me apply on their website but alas...that’s my only complaint and Glassdoor has nothing to do with that.

Lags when viewing interviews and salaries for companies, particularly when I switch between menu items.

Difficult to upload resume, when it is done properly all of my formatting is off. When I try to view my profile on line does not match my app profile.
Need few tweaks

There is no option to filter salaries for a company based on positions or area of business. Very hard to filter salaries in financial company based of software opportunities
Constant crashes

I love how detailed the app is but the constant crashing is annoying. It only takes a few minutes into job searching (or researching) before it starts to slow down, freeze, go blank and closes out. Please fix the bugs.
Can't figure out if I'm signed in or not

App constantly asks me to sign in, sometimes with touch id sometimes not. Really jarring, terrible UX.
They delete negative job reviews

Glassdoor is well known for deleting negative job review that don’t meet their terms of service. But they don’t just delete the one job review they will delete all the reviews you have submitted.
