Never worked at this company but fro what I can see, they cannot afford me . I’ve applied many times and never got called although my qualifications are exexceeding their requirements .

So I find a company I would like to apply at. Fill out the questions and import my resume go to click apply and it shuts the app down on my phone. I’ve used this along time ago and worked great... what happen glassdoor
Often crashes upon submission of applications

Not a great experience when I spend an hour filling it application only for the app to suddenly crash as soon as I hit submit. Big let down.
Doesn’t Like Resumes

Whenever you apply for a job using your profile it submits without an issue. If you attempt to apply with your resume the app shuts down and closes once you select submit.
Great Skills to Jobs Matching App

Includes many search filter options for finding just the right career /position. Like the ability to set multiple profiles to generate a variety of differing job vacancies. Also like the option to discover salary insights. Great potential to find positions with improved earnings or career moves by searching by combining both career field and qualifications / experience/certifications. Also conversely it has potential to find work that doesn’t explicitly have certain experience levels, or qualifications. Anxious to see how this tool evolves.
Worthless right now
In my free time!
When I type in a keyword and zip code/city, it completely ignores the search area and brings up postings from all over the country. The web site doesn’t do it so something’s wrong with the app.
