I created my account months ago and said I was actively looking for work (being in IL), but got many emails with possible positions in WA (probably defaulted). I went thru the app and website to adjust the location and still got updates for WA. So far, had better luck with Zip Recruiter and LinkedIn. I even closed my Career Builder account from too much nonsense.

Never received contact from any applications submitted

No contact was ever made by any job post that I completed applications and submitted resumes to from January 2020 through September 2021. I did have extensive identity thefts. A response was never received from Glassdoor with regards to a complete lack of communication from all inquiries made via Glassdoor.

I posted a truthful review of a company. It did not go against policies but they removed it and indefinitely blocked me from posting?? I have emails asking why and asked why. They wouldn’t answer. They are biased.
