If I do not pay $150 for a year subscription my app will not work. Warning if you have automatic update for your iPad apps it will cost you. Automatic update to a new version thinking it is to fix bugs. This is not the case for this app. To get updates you must pay for a active subscription yearly. You can not rollback to your previous version if you make this mistake. Trying to rollback to version 16.3.

Forced upgrade cost that are whatever the owner wants to charge. Every year the codes will require updating and the tool shuts down until you PAY your yearly charge! This is a VERY expensive tool to operate now. When I first bought this tool This was not required. Mine is on EBAY for a good price if someone wants it.

I do not care That I have to Pay 150$ annually for this tool. Becuase Itll pay for itself 10 mins after i Pay my subcription. Its a great In depth scanner. And I appreciate and respect every aspect of this tool and application. Takes alot of hard work from the Developers to make such a Great tool. Thank You AutoEnginuity for almost 3 years now. Youre tool has helped me help my company and person and close friends and families vehicle work and run the way they were engineered to. ☺️

Crashes with latest update

Crashes immediately. Pops up then disappears. Totally unusable. I hope they fix this soon! I really like it otherwise.

For the 1 star review guys, update your iOS to latest version if you’re having any issue with the app.
Careful not to update this app if you want to just stay with your enhancements.

Very easy WiFi connection. I must say I am very impressed with this app and the ProLine VCI WiFi hardware. A major improvement over the old connector/dongle connector. It runs flawlessly. If you update this app it will cost you. So be careful when updating other apps not to accidentally tap on this app. That being said, excellent customer service!

If you get a new phone and install a newer version you’ll have to update your tool which for me is 500 bucks specifically says on there web page you can use it even after your subscription is over but where they get you is you can’t download a previous version that you have the unlock codes for horrible customer support compared to before I will not be updating my tool now I’ll be buying a scan tool off the truck at least you can still get help with them if something goes wrong and you don’t have a active subscription I would no longer recommend this tool and this is coming from someone who used to speak highly of them
