The jackpot never gets credited to me. Ive sent emails about this issue and no response! Plz fix this! Thats the reason only 3 stars!!!! Once fixed ill give 5!

This game just gets worse and worse!!!!! Good Lord people....do you even read the reviews?! I love gin rummy but I gotta tell ya.... this particular version of the game is rigged. You people really need to pay attention to the reviews! How you have a 4.5 star rating is beyond me! I’m fed up enough that I’m uninstalling the game.

I’ve played other versions of Gin Rummy and this is the only one that isn’t skewed in one’s favor. Thank you to the developers of this app. Keep up the good work and if you could please add an option to allow me as a guest to create a profile and assign a pic without having to go through Facebook. That’s all I got, now it’s time for me to get back in the game ♠️♥️♣️♦️

I love this game! However, it is irritating when the jackpot is not won during a match & your opponent leaves the game & an opponent cannot be located. I’ve experienced that if I leave the table an opponent is quickly found, but I’ve surrendered the jackpot. I feel that the jackpot should have followed me to the new table. Why does the ‘house’ get it?

This game is rigged. Fake players, fake profiles and rigged games. I have had over five hundred thousand coins stolen from my account two different times. I complained to support and they say I bet those amount. LIES! I ver bet that much and the coins were stolen when my iPad was turned off. These people are liars, thieves and are frauds. Disgusting and fraudulent.

I’ve reached out three times to customer service about the game taking 40k of my coins when I did not accept the game... I still have not heard back from them. I PAID for my coins and at the very least I expect an explanation as to what’s going on. Needless to say, I will not be spending another dime on this game. Word of advice: don’t spend your money because if anything happens it’s just your loss.

It happened again and again. THIS GAME IS RIGGED!!!!!! In this last streak I may have won a few hands out of several dozen losses. Trust me, nothing to do with skills. As soon as my score got high WITHOUT BUYING points I must have been put into a “deplorable” category. Unlike my opponents, I then got garbage hands one after another, with no consecutive or identical cards to build anything. In a recent game I was up 98/0 and lost in two hands to a player that had a terrible losing record but many points, presumably from buying them. Nice game, great graphics, fun to play, but definitely not random. Some VP must’ve gotten a nice promotion by pushing programs to promote revenue by rigging the game to favor players that pat to play.

Never get the jackpot winnings!!!! NEVER!!!!! I love seeing all these bad reviews! I hope this game gets shut down!!! This game is set up to fail just so u will continue to have to buy coins just to play! When I can play 24 games and only win one...and then I have never ever received one jackpot winnings! Then on top of that, I had played one game where there were 5 Aces in one deck!! Hmmmm, rigged? I think yes!!!!!

Card that you needed is immediately revealed once you discard the other cards that would have gone with a set or run. Also rigged because people that have more money on their account get the bigger win bets. Ridiculous.
