Poor customer service – Gin Rummy Plus - Fun Card Game Review

I’ve reached out three times to customer service about the game taking 40k of my coins when I did not accept the game... I still have not heard back from them. I PAID for my coins and at the very least I expect an explanation as to what’s going on. Needless to say, I will not be spending another dime on this game. Word of advice: don’t spend your money because if anything happens it’s just your loss.
