I love the game but the ability to play against your personal friends should be free.
Frustrating

Although I enjoy playing this game, The opponents are in and out like it’s a revolving door. The other issue is what is with the jackpot not going after every game? And on my iPhone you cannot tell what suit on the face cards and I have lost due to picking a spade over club.

The game is fun but frustrating. They have a Lucky Spin bonus game every once in a while. While there are spots that have millions of coins possible, every time I play I win one of the lowest number of coins possible. Statistically my luck can’t be THAT bad. I have been doing the math and have yet to be awarded the jackpots that the game says I win. It is pretty ridiculous. It’s a fun game but really ridiculous when it is so rigged that you can’t possibly win big prizes or the jackpots you are entitled to.

Every time I win a spin on the wheel, It starts to spin.. then says server error,,, try back later and I loose my spin... getting annoyed... I’m not a “gamer”. I play at work or before i fall asleep...... I did enjoy this game... but issues r stopping to pop up....

I enjoy playing the game but my issue is during the lucky spin challenge it said to win a game with at least 290,000 coins. I won a game and got a total of 360,000 coins and it did not give me credit. Had I gotten a credit for my total: I would have completed the entire challenge and gotten the double spin. When I emailed the developers they did nothing to compensate me for my coins. That takes all of the fun out of the game when you work hard to accomplish a goal. Then they tried to play me stupid like I don’t know how to read coins.

I have been playing for a while daily but now it has gotten horrible. It has a mind of its own. I discard it says I haven’t and takes my cards. Frustrating when u were about to do gin. Oh and when u hit gin it doesn’t take and I lose my turn. Then finally it will totally rearrange my cards. Not every time just when I get comfortable. Lost a lot of coins certainly not buying any this gets rectified. 2 stars for good concept.

This is my favorite game of all the games but there has been some difficulty First I don’t have a Facebook account so I play with ‘PLAY AS GUEST’ Second when I continue as ‘PLAY AS GUEST’ it says ‘oooh no refresh again’ and I clicked ‘refresh again’ for like a hundred times and it didn’t work My head was aching This game doesn’t work ☹️☹️☹️
Terrible app support

I had an issue last week which I contacted app support about. I got a response which seemed like an automated response and did not solve my issue. I requested further support as well as having resent the support request several times and have not heard from zynga since. Very discouraged.
