I’ve been playing this game for only a week and I’m already stuck and can’t go any further unless I’m willing to pay for extra items.
The Mediocre, The Bad, and The Ugly

This game starts off as fun and engrossing. You’ll play for about 2 hours without hitting much of a snag, except for the lacking tutorial of making larger items, leaving the player to guess by pressing random buttons. But at least the cauldron engine used to mix ingredients isn’t terrible hard to figure out. But after about 2 hours and crafting everything you can possible for the next house, you’ll run into a wall. Literally and figuratively. At some point the game nearly REQUIRED you to make in game purchases to progress. Yes, you can simply log in every day, collect the stockings(which won’t be staying), and the fairies every 30 minutes, and log in for your daily card game(which has terrible luck percentages and you’ll most likely end up losing all these awesome gifts you’ve won without spending your precious diamonds), and you’ll still be waiting days to finish your recipe to move onto the next house. Normally, that wouldn’t be too bad, but every mission has a timer. 5-10 days seems like a long mission timer, right? Until you realize that’ll it’ll take weeks if not a month to collect, mix, and make the needed materials to progress and all of a sudden the timer runs out and you START ALL OVER AGAIN. You could be at the last mission and have spent diamonds on your mission to complete, only to make it to the last level of the mission, run out of ingredients, be stuck collecting for days, run out of timer... you get the idea. It’s practically trolling its gamer base and I’m fed up with it. Deleting the game until something more balanced can be worked out. Maybe a power system that refills after some time.

Hello, Developers Currently when I am playing videos to money to pay off an item in the game. It has been freezing on the screen . I can’t it off the screen to continue playing game. So please figure out why this is occurring. Because I can’t enjoy playing this game app. That you have Developed.

Omg I love this game so much it is so awesome pure awesomeness I just wish it wasn’t so hard to craft things I have been on the same thing for two days trying to craft a sword A SWORD!!! so hopefully this changes because if it does I will play it more
Tea Party

The tea Party only lasts 48 hours, while the adventures take 6 or 21 days. It will be a fluke if I happen to finish an adventure while a tea party is going on. Seems like an unreasonable timeframe. Tea party should last longer than adventures. Has anyone ever completed the ghostly tea party. Also the game doesn’t give as many resources any more. You get very few diamonds.

I have been having issues playing one other games that has a bunch of glitches in it and they been saying oh no there’s no glitches in it. And there is and I’ve asked them to complete the game for me without giving me any points for the game because I just want to move onto the next one they’ve done it before in the past and now all the sudden you’re saying oh no we can’t do that. Yes I know they’re from Russia They’re supposed to be sort of intelligent but they only see it from their perspective. If you other people on Facebook have been having the same issues as well and it just doesn’t stop. There are useless don’t spend any money on their games it’s a rip off. что за хрень? ты не слушаешь
Can’t progress

I’m in Vince’s house and I’m trying to kill a blob in front of a door but there is also a broken pot in front of the blob, I can’t clean up the pot or kill the blob to get through the door. I get “dead end” and can’t progress. Customer Service is non-existent and I can’t get help to continue. Too bad, I was enjoining the game but looks like l’m done!
