I’m complaining about my levels, I was on 26 now I’m on level 4 I play on my iPhone X and my apple air 2,I was decorating my house , now I’m bck on 4,I’ll give higher ratings when you fix my problems

The creaters are very clever with this game. I like it. One suggestion or more of like a request would be to make it a little easier to advance to the next level. Or allow players to play as many levels as they want. That way they can play more ads. Probably make more profit too.

I love this game but it would be much better if there weren't so many gems or potions needed to craft items that are needed to advance in the game.

I enjoy the game but when you get to a point the only ways to get the stuff you need to move on is wait for the little amount of item you get from the chest or purchase diamonds! Not everyone can afford to purchase diamonds every time.

It takes money to progress at any speed. It is boring waiting to get enough materials to complete quests- quests do not give you opportunities to gather near enough.

Love this game but too many items needed to craft another. Need too many crystals to finish a chapter.

I am not happy with the way this game works you have to craft toget the things you need I ran out of gems in the sewer activity trying toget tools or whatever and the alligator is stuck in the pipe I don’t have enough gems to CRAFT something up again to much crafting can you fix this problem by sending more gems by the fairy that gives small amounts witch dose to help at all please fix this I have three phones and this app is on every one and I’m stuck on the same part on every one I am about to delete this game off ALL PHONES if not fixed I am very annoyed at this

It’s a good game but if I buy a pack I don’t get it right away and usually takes 24 hours or doesn’t come at all. It’s not easy getting all the ingredients for the game.
