says you can order ahead, but the app does not have a way for you to order, slow, glitches alot, and took forever just to register
They pretty much made the app just to advertise stuff without ever giving any actual deals. Never any coupons or deals for the Cafe. Such a pointless app. Maybe more pointless than Subway’s app.
I downloaded this app because my local GetGo accepts app scanning, but after one use, the barcode has disappeared from the app.
Signing up was annoying due to the nonstandard interface, lack of iOS integration, and a buggy month field. Once signed up the app worked for about 20 seconds and then froze. No amount of quitting the app, closing it in the app switcher, and launching it has helped. So much for convenience. It’s also been 9 months since an update, looks like Giant Eagle doesn’t care about their customers.
No coupons, cannot order food on it. Really does nothing google can’t do finding their locations for you
Horrible can’t even log in because the app requires birthday but you can only choose today’s date
Clearly coded by entry level developers. No confidence to add my credit card to this. Explains the very long wait lines and zero people picking up their food ordered online. If you can’t code in-house hire an agency.
Anytime I go to use the app for my advantage card or for electronic coupons, the app has signed me out for whatever reason and I can’t use it. Anytime I need it I’m at a register and can’t spend the time signing in each time. The best part? It finally left me signed in and I went to use my mobile advantage card the the barcode section is blank! Wow. If you can’t support your own app, get rid of it!
