Never holds login information

The app is good to see how much you have saved or how much gas is. However, it will not hold the login information.

Lately, in the last 2 weeks when I try to open the app, nothing happens. I'm clearly on wifi and all that shows is the background and it won't load. My operating system was updated and now the app does nothing.

I just downloaded the app and logged in and now nothing happens. It just freezes and I can't do anything.

Your app tells me I have no wifi or internet connection but I do. Please fix your glitch.

The app doesn't stay logged in when you close the app completely. This makes the widget useless if I have to open the app and login in order to see my fuel perks. Other than that, it works well.

I was so excited when Get Go opened and I found out that for every $5o I spent, I would receive $5 in rewards. When I asked a clerk if I could use rewards on prepaid card since I earned the rewards buying prepaid cards they said yes. Well it doesn't! I asked the store for information on their reward program there was nothing, I asked if there was a website and no one knew. Luckily I found the app out on my own. I also found out on my own that the app has as about as much information information as the employed at the store. NO HELP AND BASICALLY USLESS!!! It won't even show my reward balance!

This is a new gas station in my area, so I thought maybe they were newbies with app execution and were ironing out initial glitches, but they've had this app since 2014! Glitchy at times. Does not show any transactions for my card although I've made several trips to the store. I expect better. To their credit, they have a great Italian sub!

Don't expect much from the app since the gas stations are fairly new, at least in my area of the west side of Indianapolis, but give it some time and it should be much better. I do hope they add a feature to add your card to Apple Wallet in the near future.

1. Make it passbook friendly. That's just common sense. 2. It logged me out and wouldn't recognize my email. It wouldn't acknowledge my new email when trying to sign up again. Apparently, according to get go, Gmail isn't a valid server. Go figure!
