I use this app when I'm out on shoots and use the data in conjunction with Adobe Lightroom to track my location. Works perfectly. Great for location scouting.

It's an amazing app, I use it a lot, and I'm really happy it support Apple Watch now. But why don't you guys optimize it with iPhone 6 / 6 Plus?

Despite almost universally good reviews, I was very disappointed: this app worked once in the USA but when I tried it in Europe it always crashed on launch. Emails to the developers went unanswered.

It works great for me with my iPhone 5s. It did not require me to login to their service as I have it feed to Dropbox instead of using the "upload" function. From Dropbox I easily load the file into Lightroom 5 to tag my photos. In fact, I learned about this app from a Lightroom tutorial video. I do bring a Mophie external battery to top up the phone when I am out a long time. In the background app refresh section of my phone settings, I disable all other apps beside this one to keep battery drain reasonable. Now I am happy to use cameras without built-in GPS.

I’ve tried a few, and also the one that comes with my one of my cameras (Canon’s) and this is the best, by far. I also like the ability to see a map of my locations in the app. Simple, efficient, accurate, easy to use - it’s really pretty much perfect.

Despite some initial troubles with the Apple Watch app stability, things seem to be up and running now. I'm not sure if it was an update or not troubleshooting that caused it to start working but it's nice to be able to stop start and pause recording location from the watch. The developers made the correct call to provide only limited functionality on the watch.

I was going to buy Nikon's GPS adaptor until I found this app. Saved me much money and I couldn't be happier. Works great.

I had been using a Sony A77V body with built in GPS, but recently picked up an A77-II body that doesn’t have GPS, so I decided to try this app. It’s more accurate than the GPS on the A77V and it’s nicely integrated with Dropbox and Lightroom. One annoyance is that I have to give a name for each new trip and there is no auto name feature, e.g., use the date and start time. I’d much prefer to simply press one button to start recording a new trip.

I used it during a three week trip to Europe and it worked flawlessly. Nicely done. Thanks.
