Nothing after 2 months, waste of time

It's been a month since I created my character. I tried contract ng them but I can't find any contact info or email address for technical support. If there is duch a thing as zero star, that's what they deserve. I agree, customers shouldn't wait for an approval unless it's an adult app. Ridiculous! They don't even answer to comments. I'll give them another month, if nothing hapoens, I'll delete the app and blog about it. Worst customer service there is since there's no one you contact. I’m an educator who was looking for something that I could use for teaching and I was hoping this would be fun and useful for a flipped classroom. I guess not. Very disappointing...
