Plz can you change the genies app to text and you can still use genie on any app but plz Chang it back so I can text to other people on genie use to text and I loved it but now you Change it so I don’t like it no more plz change it back

I loved the app when I first starting using it. I told all my friends about it. The only downside was that we couldn’t use it in messenger. Imagine my surprise when they updated it to be used in iMessage!!!! I was so excited especially because I can’t have memoji or Animoji (I have an iPhone 8Plus) so this is a great alternative!!! Unfortunately I can’t use my Genie anymore because they are under “heavy traffic”. Idk what’s going on, but please hurry up and fix it!

I can’t even use the app. Every time I try to make my avatar the app will work for a few minutes then shut down. After it happened a few times I tried to go on the website for support but they don’t even have anything helpful on it. I’m not trying to completely bash the app either. It’s a good app if it works but horrible if it doesn’t. Hopefully I can get some feedback about this problem.

Not sure if it’s because of the update, but now that I’ve changed the outfit, it won’t load on my keyboard. Please fix. I’ve closed out all apps and even restarted my phone. Preaciate You.

You can’t just text someone who only uses the Genie App. They have to use one of the other social media apps you’ve incorporated the Genie app to work with. Please fix this & you’ll be all set. ?

Love Genie been following them in Instagram for a good while. I’m just upset that the keyboard thing is annoying. I hate it because we have to choose an emoji then copy then paste then click to GIF or something like that. I just want to be in facebook messenger use my old keyboard and just be able to click on Genies logo and click on the Genies action and that’s it. It would have been 5 stars if it didn’t have the keyboard...we don’t need it ?✌️ please get rid of it thanks!

OMG!! Genies are the cutest things ever!!!! But is there any way you can add more “ethnic” hairstyles? Specifically braids & cornrows? I have my braids up in a high ponytail but can’t find hair to match for my genie....the braids that you do have are short & weird looking! Thanks in advance!!!
