This is a very time consuming game but interesting game.

I lost money on this game twice due to loading issues. The developer doesn’t care; they ask you to email them and they don’t help you. There are many levels you will never pass without buying tokens; and then it seems that when I do, the game freezes up and you don’t get your product back. Also, they have this thing called collection clash where you compete against hundreds of others, but if you are at higher and more difficult levels—-you are never going to win. So, they don’t reward customer loyalty. Very fun game but poorly run with non-caring customer service. Takes your money and runs. Find another.

Game freezes all the time. Customer support is a joke at best. They take days to respond and the only answer you get is to update the app, but no updates available.

Fun but expensive

I love playing the game but I have spent money buying extras and when the game stops or has other issues, I have to start over. When I complained I got a generic email mail saying how to fix it. No mention of the money that has been wasted. I replied and they want a screenshot proving I paid for the items. It has been 3 weeks since my initial Support email and I received the request of the screenshot today. Not sure why they can see my profile and look at the upgrades I have purchased. I haven’t experienced this with other apps.

Games was fun. But once I reached level 128 the game was, to me, no longer beatable. Been on the same level for a week. Can’t gain coins. Game will not allow a video to be watched so I can get 5 more turns. No colors are placed where they can be matched and it’s no longer fun. Oh well. Moving on to the next game. Deletion in progress.

This would be a Great app if only it worked on my iPad Mini. It crashes all the time. The other thing is when playing you get a daily free spin. The hour to go play Fred is all but useless because you don’t have the option of when to use it. Clock starts when you accept it and I rarely have the time to use it right then.

Needs pre-level boosts

This game might be fun if there were some pre-level boosts available. As it is, after several attempts I get really bored. All of the levels are basically the same. Not much fun.
