I loved this game and didn’t have any issues with crashing. It “had” pulled me away from my other favorites. WHY though did it have to be a clash with other players?!? I liked this game because I could look forward to “winning” an hour now and then. I’m just not as fast as others. ? When I first started this game it was great! Then I had to start playing against others. Pretty sure I was #1 last week on what ever the Genie came in winning stars or whatever. Didn’t get the reward though. I did the week before when I was second. This week the game won’t even load. I can’t even go in to the support because the game will NOT load. Shouldn’t be so addicted to a game anyway. Guess it’s time to find a new one.

The game is super fun and addicting and I love the rainbow colors, look & feel of the game but there are some things I don’t like. I’ve spent far too much money to buy coins for 1 extra turn or booster. When it’s on Soaring Streaks gameplay you should go down just one level when you lose or at least down to the lower booster level instead of all the way down. I absolutely HATE the snakes that enter the game around level 500! There is no way to use the rainbow gems when the snake catches them. I honestly loved this game up until the snakes came in. They ruined the game for me. I’ve spent a lot of money playing so hate to see it all go to waste but I think I’m done with this one.

This game has crashed numerous times, I have contacted the developer who responded with a “canned” response. The game is still crashing....BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!
Get rid of the blobs, PLEASE!!!

I love this game!!! Almost everything about it is awesome. Pristine, detailed graphics; innovative puzzles that present new designs and challenges so you never get bored; beautiful, appealing colors; perfectly chosen, detailed sounds; engaging characters and animation. Some subtleties that stand out to me are the “just-right” sounds selected for the explosions & the awards (the explosions aren’t annoying at all & don’t “pierce” you, & the jingle of the awards sound like real coins being dispensed); fox sounds & animations (the blip sound each time a paw is collected acts like the clicker in dog trainer to let you know “you did good” & helps keep count for multiple “gets” in a single step so you can check the progress; rubbing its paws when it’s blocked & trying to move forward; yawning when a few tries don’t move it forward - that one makes me chuckle); the soft, fluid movement of the fox & it’s tail; the sound of the key going into the keyhole, turning, & opening the door; and the “so close, maybe next time” consoling audio msg. It’s apparent that the developer really thought this through carefully & was determined to design the ultimate game. I can’t say enough good things. I’m up to level 397, so that should tell you something; & I’ve recommended this app to friends. The designer should receive an award for this one, hands-down, if there is one. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the blobs. I HATE the blobs. When the next puzzle pops up & I see blobs, it’s a disappointment & a “here we go again”. The non-blob puzzles are relaxing, entertaining, & a good variation of challenging, with a heads-up advanced notice on “hard” level puzzles (good thinking). The blob puzzles, however, are the polar opposite. They’re actually stressful to do, & very annoying. Those are the ones that make me stop playing & put the game away, or switch to playing Wordscapes. I have enough stress in my life, & enough seemingly insurmountable obstacles to face every day. When I need a break from it all, something to redirect my focus, & to help me clear my head & relax, I turn to Genies & Gems. But when the blob puzzles pop up, it’s just a continuation of the stress of “one step forward, two steps back, just give up, you’re not gonna win”. Clearly, the developer has an understanding of the human factors (& psychological) side of programming because of all the good things I listed above. Please think about what I said regarding the blob puzzles. Give us a much-needed break & get rid of the one HUGE negative in the design, so that playing only brings enjoyment, a reasonable variety of challenges, & a desire to keep playing instead of giving up & putting the game down. Hope this helps. Thanks for sharing your ingenuity & talent in designing an intelligent game that adults can play, too, without goofy characters, annoying sounds, & murderous themes.
