Poor customer service – Genies & Gems: Puzzle & Quests Review

I lost money on this game twice due to loading issues. The developer doesn’t care; they ask you to email them and they don’t help you. There are many levels you will never pass without buying tokens; and then it seems that when I do, the game freezes up and you don’t get your product back. Also, they have this thing called collection clash where you compete against hundreds of others, but if you are at higher and more difficult levels—-you are never going to win. So, they don’t reward customer loyalty. Very fun game but poorly run with non-caring customer service. Takes your money and runs. Find another.
