Can’t change your card info to update it, and they raised my premium by $100 without notifying. Geico is going down hill
No ability to get auto billing emailed as a pdf

I have not been able to open this app since August 2021. I’ve called, left “feedback”, requested them to fix, everything just falls to deaf ears. The app loads just fine but as soon as I log in it crashes on me. The only suggestion they have given is to use the website in the event I’m pulled over - why create an app if that is their option? I have nothing left but to shop for a different provider. Geico service is such a joke.
