App and camera Do not work properly work – geeni Review

The cw007 camera and app erased my photos on my SD card and I cannot view anything from the camera from the SD card either. I called Apple and they said to call Geeni support. Also, the app says it’s recording, but there’s no video for playback. The motion feature takes up and the low Setting is more like high, so I don’t use it. The app says it’s recording, but then it says to turn on motion alerts. The camera was working fine from July 11th to the July 16th. On the 17th, it began to freeze. The app Keeps showing an error message saying “No events yet” now when I turn motion alerts off. That did not happen before one of the updates. I keep my new SD card in the camera , but it the app doesn’t work properly since July 17th. I needed an affordable camera for an emergency situation. I felt good about being able to playback videos whenever I needed to and from anywhere. I have a Geeni light bulb, too. Sometimes I cannot access the camera from not the bulb from my iOS and Androids devices. I tried one device, but the app failed. I tried another, but the app on that device failed, too. My photos are still on my SD card, but I can’t view them on my Mac anymore. How can I get my photos back and view my Geeni recorded videos on my Mac? Can you provide an app for IOS computers, too? Please fix these problems.
