Great Content, Lousy Application

The content of the magazine is great, but I’ve had nothing but problems getting the application to function. I download content, only to find out it’s unavailable the next day. Constant issues with being able to view previously downloaded content. Really a shame, because the content is fantastic. App support is sketchy at best. No resolution to my issues other than asking whether I’ve logged in through Apple or direct to the magazine publisher. Have reloaded the app three times, still performs the same way. Not at all what I would expect from such a great magazine.

I subscribe to 5 garden magazines. Gardens Illistrated is my favorite. My one complaint is that I can’t get it in landscape. It is so much easier to read when you can turn the phone sideways and read whole sentences in print large enough to see.

Latest update has bugs. Crashes every time I tap on subscription heading (come on, I want to renew my subscription!)The horizontal viewing is gone and the issue download time is so slow! While I love GI magazine, I am not happy with the latest app update. Please fix!

Love so much been reading this mag for years! it is a uk mag but the info works fine for usa ppl you just cannot purchase any plants from over there. No bugs there is a pull out page so you can pick page numbers which some mags don't have

The articles are great. Trying to read them on my iPhone 6Plus isn’t. I’d like to see a version I can read on a Microsoft Surface Pro.

Garden Illustrated is one of the most beautiful magazines ever produced. The photographs are sensational. The rich colors and inspirational garden designs make this app magazine a delight to read and are matched only by the quality information. Highly recommend this to anyone but it is essential reading for all gardeners.

I paid over $48 to get back issues and was never able to download. After a month and 4 reps saying "we are working on it" I have filed a complaint with App Store and my credit card co. Reluctant to ever try them again!
