It sends me the link and when I click on it it pops up this page is in Vietnamese then goes to the page which says this email link is invalid or something

Great membership i’ve racked up crazy points and $15 coupons and others deals but, app is a complete bust, won’t allow me to sign into my already existing account, always get the same useless error message. To access anything go through the website.
Broken app

This used to be a decent app, now I can’t even use it. It says it’s lost connection even though I’ve tried using it through my WiFi and data. Can’t log with password or with TouchID, can’t search for games without getting an error, can’t see my power up rewards. What a waste of space.
Needs support

After updating, the mobile app will not recognize my password unless I create a new one each time I log in. Very frustrating. Please fix.

Since this resent update app has not worked properly. Locking up and kicking me out of the app altogether . Button work the when you go to another area and return button will not work . I never really have had no issues to really speak about over the years .
Needs fixing

I downloaded the app to be able to check on my rewards, and it kept telling me my sign in information was wrong, which is the same information that I gave them down there at GameStop in order to set up the rewards system, and how can my sign in be wrong, when I get the reward emails?
Trade does not work

Saved trades on website and app still do not work. I thought that was the whole point of GameStop?
