Each time I have used Clicklist, it has always been so easy and convenient. Searching for items is a breeze and clipping coupons to go with the items is easy as well.

Definitely not user friendly!!! My third Time ordering for pick up! Each time it took 2 hours!!!!! BAD BAD SYSTEM!!!

They need to make the search system better Trying to find an item takes way too long. I was looking for Hillshires version of a lunchable. I went to the deli tab in the shop section and typed in Hillshire...nothing. Typed in hillshire lunchable...nothing. Typed in lunchable ...everything came up and I mean everything!!!!! Finally found it but seriously there has to be an easier way ?

Slow when trying to shop.... once you added items to cart... you cannot remove items and difficult to navigate through even if using the “help” option :(

App complicates the in-store shopping experience

I get emails from Fry’s telling me about digital coupons with a link to download them. I click the link, it opens the browser and asks me to login EVERY SINGLE TIME! So, I open the app and cannot see the coupon referred to in the email. Why not have the link open the app? The COUPON tab has 360 coupons one has to scroll through to find the coupon mentioned in the email. I think this app would only be useful for people who want Fry’s to shop for them. I cannot access the app in a Fry’s store. I think their WiFi blocks it. If I can open it, It tells me I have no digital coupons saved. Making someone download a digital coupon to use it complicates shopping. Why not make it easier for shoppers by removing the DOWNLOAD COUPON step? Customers already have the card so you’re already collecting data.

I don’t have a car and I need to use a store with a delivery service. It’s easy to find what I need using the Fry’s app and then go through the checkout process up to the delivery. I like that I can add from my past orders as well. Great features!

Since the update when I add items to my cart it says they are added but nothing actually goes in the cart.
