Using the app it’s easy, love it. I don’t give 5 star just because frontier price for check bags are so expensive!!!!!

Great people, great service, convenient flight times...but they nickel and dime you (or dollar you) just as bad as Spirit. Insulting, really.

To begin with the process is beautiful. Click to select the departure city and with pictures you select your destination. All was simple and fast.

Paid for the WORKS. When I went to the gate I was told my ticket was invalid. After taking care of that, I didn’t get the seat I had picked by paying for with THE WORKS. In checking through I tried to explain I had a medical device called the INSPIRE the had to be had scanned. The agent rolled her eyes at me and sighed. I told her it was the remote for the device implanted in my chest and I needed to be hand scanned. She heaved a huge sigh and said, “Really?!” Like I was a pain in her side. If I could have left and gone to any other airlines I would have! I will NEVER fly Frontier again. To top it off, I was flying with a pet and she was rude about that as well. I left then to use the restroom to dry my tears only to walk the wrong hall and needed to repeat the entire checkin process! What a nightmare!!! Sandra Lindstrom 612-205-9297

Like others on here, When purchasing my tickets, the date/time I selected kept jumping around to different dates/times. Finally, I thought I selected the ones I wanted and once at the payment screen, there’s no way to verify your dates. I went back. They were incorrect again. I re-selected the right dates and finally bought my tickets confident it stayed on the correct date/time. I did this while at work, then didn’t have time to check my confirmation email (because it didn’t arrive right away). The next day I realized that I had actually bought a ticket to/from my destination on the same day. I then called their horrible customer support and had to give up after 20 mins of being on hold. I tried the next day. Same thing. Finally, three days later I stuck it out and waited on hold for over 30 mins this time. I was then connected to somebody who made me repeat my confirmation number about 7 times. After her not being able to help me (they wanted me to pay a $100 change fee, meanwhile my flight only cost $60 one way), she transferred me to her supervisor. After sitting on hold for 5 more minutes I was greeted by the RUDEST customer service rep I’ve ever encountered. He did end up changing my flight, but only after about 15 minutes of me explaining to him that their app has glitches and I wasn’t just trying to change my flight because I changed my mind or something. Nobody would buy a flight somewhere then fly back home a couple hours later. I figured I spent about 2 hours total of my life trying to get this fixed. I was practically yelled at and told they made a note on my name and that I would never be allowed a courtesy like this in the future. That’s awesome customer service, telling your customers you make notes about them. I live in Denver and have always loved Frontier. This is my first problem with them, but honestly after how bad it was dealing with this man, I will never fly with them again.

These reviews are supposed to be for the app and not for the airline. There are a lot of clueless reviewers that don’t understand the basic cheap no-frills airline that Frontier is. Fares and additional charges are clearly posted. In fact it is annoying to have to dismiss the options before finishing a purchase. If you are unable to read and comprehend, that’s your problem. It gets me from Point A to Point B for CHEAP. The app is efficient, well laid out, not cluttered and responsive. Kudos to the developers. A couple of features I would like to see added are: (1) The ability to save frequent routes and (2) Fare alerts when prices for particular routes/dates drop.

A little more clarity on each way baggage fees. Now I will have to cancel this flight!
