Worst experience ever!

This is the worst experience I have ever had in my life!!! Our flight was delayed 6 hours... we missed our connecting flight.... we were getting gem vouchers that we could not use.... I will never use this airline again!!

You guys say you have the lowest price on flights but then charge for an Arm and a Leg just to have a personal item on the plane... that’s not counting the cost for a carry on or God forbid a checked bag. Prices nearly double after paying for a carry on. Every other airline has this included in their ticket. As far as the app. It feels like there are ads that pops up to pay for your carry on, checked bag, personal item. And they pop up at every page. Please let me just pay once, have my one small carry on, and don’t remind me that I’m getting ripped off.

I’ve had great experiences flying with frontier. I think they have more comfortable seats than United. The service has been great and the prices are great!

I work for a major airline. I purchased seats on Frontier for spring break travel. Your app is very user friendly!!! Easy to navigate. Way to go...

As far as the flight it was perfect but the app navigation is not. As military I did not realize baggage is free so I paid for baggage prior to flying and then trying to get a hold of customer service was also very difficult. It’s one thing to be no frills but by time you pay for services you might as well fly other airlines.

I found the Frontier website horrible. It was illogical and buggy at best leaving me going in circles. The app is fantastic, I quickly checked in, got my boarding passes, selected my seats and got a carry on upgrade within minutes.
