This app worked extremely well a few months ago but now whenever I open it it is stuck on a loading screen and says “Hang tight while we update your account”, I wouldn’t mind that much if I hadn’t bought the full version of the app!
Why oh why won’t it run in the background?

I have been trying to use this app off and on for a long time—since it had its old name—and I have nothing to show for it. Every transfer takes an extraordinary amount of time because any time I background the app, it stops searching or replicating anything. I have to re open it to get it moving again, and just leave my phone like that all day without touching it. It’s very weird!! I know they’re trying, but it’s just.. if I can’t get anything done, what’s the point of it?

I needed it to transfer a 80 song playlist, I signed into both accounts, and it worked in under a minute perfectly. Five stars!

When i tried to access my soundcloud, i had to log in with social media. When i tried to continue, it shows a blank screen...

So I purchased this to transfer my Google Music library to Apple Music. A total of about 6900 songs. It did transfer them all however, it transferred them in no certain order somehow that they don't show in my Apple Music library just as a playlist of 6900 shuffled songs. Not grouped as albums. I have no idea how I'm going to sort 6900 songs so I'm just likely going to have to delete it all so this was pointless all in all.

I’ve had Apple music for just shy of four years. I’ve been wanting to switch to Spotify for sometime now but I didn’t want to manually transfer over 4000 songs. This app transferred all my music, and my playlists seamlessly, only missing a few songs that I easily added later. I’ve been using Spotify for a couple days now with no issues. Best use of $10 I could think of.

Brilliant concept but doesn’t work as well as it used to. When it worked, it worked pretty well. But now, it’s useless. It just freezes. Uninstalling now.
