This app doesn’t even work. Over 500 songs I tried to transfer from Spotify to Amazon music and it didn’t transfer one. When all the songs I wanted were on amazon music.

I am trying to switch from Apple Music to Amazon and so I had hoped I could use an app to transfer. I paid $10.59 for none of my songs to transfer despite waiting over 20 minutes for my music to transfer.

This app charged me $10 and doesn’t work. It exported 8 songs then said error. I can’t find anyway to contact support. Do not use.

The paid version doesn’t work. I tried the free version of the app and was able to transfer from Spotify to YouTube, up to the limit of 10 songs per playlist. I upgraded to the paid version and tried to transfer my full playlists. The transfer fails staying 0 matched songs. After contacting support they informed me “the import to YouTube works only at a specific time”. I tried several times over the day and it still didn’t work. Very poor experience!

Transferred tons of my music over to a karaoke version on the other streaming service. Tried multiple times and a lot of my music was transferred incorrectly.
Doesn’t work!!!

Just tried to move my playlists from Spotify and it transferred NOTHING!!! Waiting for response from developer, will post an updated review if the problem is fixed.
