Never finishes initializing app

Doesn’t ever finish initializing app. Can’t evaluate it further.
Does not work.

Selected Spotify as source and Amazon as destination. Goes through the playlist and adds 0 songs. Tried multiple playlists of varying sizes and with mainstream music. Does not work.

I paid for a membership so I could transfer playlists to Amazon Music as I am already using Soundiiz successfully for all other services First attempt 80% inaccurate so I had to delete everything in every attempt after that 0 songs transferred from playlists feature very popular artists such as Adele, Amy Winehouse etc.
Seems to be fixed

Suddenly it is working well. It did not see an App Store update so it must have been on their end. Either way it’s once again great.
App is stuck

Paid for this service and App is stuck on a screen that says “ hang tight while we update your account” it has been doing this for several days.
