Was able to match about 1/2 of Spotify songs to Amazon Music. Wasn’t worth it. Beware. If you have unique tastes, bad deal. If you listen to the spoon fed radio stuff you might be happy.

The app is getting hung up and not working. Getting stuck at 14% then closing itself. When I reopen it starts where it left off and cycles through the same songs until it gets stuck again and closes. This is not acceptable for 10 dollars. I want my money back. I am within the three day window for refunds. I should have listened to the reviews but I thought maybe just maybe it would work for me.

The app was unable to find my amazon music library. When I got to the screen where it prompted me to select my amazon music library, nothing showed up despite multiple attempts and restarts.

I paid $9.99 for this app last year to switch from Spotify to Amazon which did work. Now I am switching back from Amazon to Spotify and neither the app or desktop program works. The customer service is horrible. My latest response was basically, well it works on our end so unless you’re going to share your usernames and passwords then we can’t help. Totally useless.

Write them down. It’ll be a lot more effective.

This app add-on purchase for $9.99 is a joke. It doesn’t work most of the time & it definitely doesn’t work from Amazon Music to anything! Ridiculous!

1/3 of songs transfer

If you enjoy your playlists on Google Play Music or other streaming services and want to transfer to another, like Spotify, like I did, I hope you only like a random 1/3 of the songs because that's all that's gonna transfer after you pay $9.99 for a subscription fee. But it's okay! It'll give you a list of the songs it missed so YOU can do that hard grind of transferring songs manually in the end. Use Soundiiz for $4 instead.

This app is terrible. I recently decided to switch from Spotify to Apple Music and was wanting to keep my favorite playlists. Unfortunately this app is complete garbage and I had to spend $10 to unlock the necessary functions. The process to transfer playlist takes an unbearably long time and if it couldn’t get any worse the app has a habit of crashing mid transfer, forcing you to start over. When you start over, it will make duplicate playlists and before you know it, you have several playlists half completed which you need to delete.

Don’t spend the $10 - just doesn’t work

After six hours of transfer-wait in this lousy app, it froze my iPad and did nothing. I was promised an email with the license file so that I can use for Support and for activating the desktop version. Well, that license email was never sent though I wrote them twice. I finally received a lame email reply that lacked any concern or interest in their customer and was at best pathetic; and still no license. Another eye-appealing app that does nothing!

I bought this because I wanted to move my Spotify playlists to Apple Music. It ran for a very long time and when finished, indicated that over 75% of my songs weren’t found. On closer examination, it simply matched my existing songs in iTunes and that was it. I don’t think the app even searches Apple Music for a match. I basically ended up with a bunch of empty playlists.
