I was excited to use this app but was notified after I bought it that it only worked with Amazon Music Unlimited (which was not included in the description). Tried to get a refund but customer service just gave me the run-around. Kind of a rip-off.

I paid for the premium upgrade to transfer a playlist from Amazon to Spotify. It only transfers around 65% of the music, claining “no match found” other transfer services I tested found matches for around 97% of the same playlist and offered a manual matching search facility to deal with the few it didn’t match. This app obviously needs work.
Creates multiple copies of playlists.

Super frustrating after for days of trying to let this app run and all I’ve ended up with is six copies of each playlist, not even complete. Deleted this app!

Tried to force me to pay to upgrade after 10 songs, which I wouldn’t mind doing but out of those 10 songs, it found 2 despite the fact they are all on both providers. Asking 10$ for this is a joke, it’s wouldn’t even be worth a $5 app if it was working properly, which it isn’t.

For the most part the app lives up to expectations, and when I did run into issues the support has been really good; responsive, knowledgeable and helpful!

Rather than being stuck to one music service STAMP lets you change from one to the other as you please. Hassle free!

Bought in good faith but nothing moved. Sent email and got a request back for more information Information was sent and they did nothing to help nor did they give a refund. Don’t buy!
